25 Aug Holiday spirit! And the art of the secret exercise! – Evelyn’s Secrets

Holiday season is upon us here in India, and you all know that means lots of sweets and treats! I simply can’t resist or say no, but remember; if you’re going to be indulging you must make sure that you’re being mindful about how you’re treating your body in the process. Make healthy choices! I’m really hoping Shilpa Shetty will have some yummy recipes on her channel!

Meanwhile, here is my secret for you how to you keep that extra muff off while you’re munching away on snacks. A lot of people cringe at the sound of working out (me included), but you know, attitude matters! So activate those lazy butt cheeks and try my secret exercises that you can do while sitting at your desk in office, on your couch at home or in a car when stuck in holiday traffic. I’d like to call it the art of the secret exercise! 

1. Leg Raises

This is a great exercise because nobody can see you doing these, especially under a desk! Lift your leg until it is straight out in front of you and rotate your foot from the ankle both to the right and left at least 10 times. Now, switch to the other leg! This exercise helps your blood circulation and sculpts your sexy legs!

2. Seat Crunches

Strive for those six-pack abs while you’re sitting! Make sure you’re sitting upright with your spine straight (without a curvature in your lower back) and suck your navel in to your spine. Keep your legs at ninety degrees and lift your knees up to your chest and bring them down again without touching the floor. Do three sets of twenties and you’re bound to feel the burn. If you have a family gathering at your house, just ask everyone to join in!

3. Arm Circles

If you’re in a family gathering, you may want to avoid stretching your arms out unless you are inviting aunties in for a long hug. You can always get up and find a more private place for this one. Stretch your arms straight to your sides, parallel to the ground. Make 20 small circles, front and back, and then make 20 larger circles. Make sure not to whack anyone while trying this one.

    EVELYN❤❤❤, Are you doing everyday these type of exercise ? I also like your all process in exercise. However between this 3 way, No:2 is my favorite way for exercise.
